The Cascades HOA

The Cascades Homeowners’ Association is a Community run Organization who has partnered with SBB Management to give their residents the environment and neighborhood they want to live in. Recently coming completely under Homeowner Control the HOA is working hard to enhance the Community as well as preserve those aspects that make it feel like home.

The Cascades residential subdivision is part of The Cascades master planned development located off Morningstar Drive just north of Hwy 121 Toll Road in The Colony, Texas. At the heart of the Cascade’s community is a two-acre park, serving as the focal point of the Cascades. This community gives residents easy access to almost anywhere in the Dallas Metroplex, without having to live in the middle of a big city.
 
Pool Key Cards

If you were unable to pick up your new Pool Entry Key Card previously, the remaining unclaimed cards will be handed out again tomorrow morning (September 3rd) from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM. Please make sure to bring proof of Identification to receive your card.
